3.If the screen is stained with grease, you can use neutral detergent to assist with the cleaning.

Do not use acidic or alkaline cleaners, as they may harm the screen. Additionally, if the roller screen encounters strong winds, flatten the screen before retracting it to ensure its integrity and durability.

The warranty period begins from the date the final payment is made:
Fixed Screen: 3-year warranty
Roller Screen: 1-year warranty

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our headquarters’ customer service center or the sales representative who handled your order. The warranty covers non-human-induced damages but does not include damages caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or fires. Warranty service is not provided without a distributor’s official stamp.

For roll-up screens with widths exceeding 80 cm or heights exceeding 150 cm, improper use or exposure to wind speeds above level 10 may increase the risk of malfunction. If you still wish to proceed with the purchase, installation risks are borne by the customer, and free warranty service will not be provided. The initial repair fee will be charged at $250 per unit (才), and subsequent repair costs will be borne by the customer.
For repaired products, the warranty period remains unchanged and follows the original warranty card. No additional warranty extensions will be provided.
